At Jeuxjubes MTG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
